How to Reach Dispatch

Call (865) 260-7911 if the vehicle is stuck, in a lane, or off the pavement. Use the form if the question can wait: a quote for a later tow, a property-manager request, or a follow-up on a job we already ran.

What helps on the call

On the I-40/I-75 overlap, give the exit and the direction: Watt Road, Campbell Station, Lovell Road, Pellissippi, Cedar Bluff, Kingston Pike, or Papermill. On I-40 east of the split, Alcoa Highway is exit 386B. On I-75 north of I-640, Emory Road at Powell is exit 112. On a city street, a cross street beats "near downtown" or "by the stadium."

Say whether it rolls, whether it is a car, a diesel, or a light truck, and whether anyone is in a travel lane. For a private-property tow, the manager who controls the lot needs to be the one authorizing it.

Where we come to you

There is no counter to visit. We come to the vehicle in Knoxville, Farragut, Powell, Halls, Karns, Oak Ridge, Maryville, Alcoa, and Lenoir City. If you are outside that list, call anyway and dispatch will say whether the run is one we can quote.

Send Us a Message

Call if the vehicle is in traffic. This form is for a later quote, a lot authorization, or a follow-up.
